Payment Methods

American Express, Visa, Mastercard

We currently accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal, as well as checks and money orders.

In order to accept payment via credit or debit card, we will need the following information:

  • Credit or debit card number.
  • Card expiration date.
  • The three or four digit CVV2 number
    3 digits on signature bar for Visa, MasterCard, or Discover,
    4 digits on the front of the card for American Express.
  • Your name as it appears on your card.
  • The billing address and telephone number for the card.

Shipping

Shipping is not free, however, due to the many types of inventory we carry here at Ironworks, Santa Barbara, we cannot calculate shipping costs automatically due to the shipping carrier's requirement for length and width of the box plus the weight to calculate correct shipping costs. Large items must go by truck. Shipping will be added once we have entered the order into our Fedex Ship Manager System or received a quote from a trucking company. Once you have placed an order with us, we will receive an exact quote for shipping before we charge you. If you have a shipping preference, want a quote prior to shipment or have any questions please call us at (805) 965-6904 or send us an e-mail. We bill only the actual shipping costs.

Delivery

We may usually deliver most orders within the Santa Barbara and Ventura areas for a small delivery charge.

We also do regular deliveries to the following areas throughout the year:

  • Central Valley California (Fresno, Visalia, Bakersfield)
  • Northern California (Sacramento, Stockton, the Bay Area)
  • Southern California (Los Angeles, Palm Springs, San Diego)
  • Oregon (Portland, Eugene)
  • Washington (Seattle, Tacoma)
  • Nevada (Las Vegas, Reno)
  • Arizona (Phoenix, Tucson)

There is a minimum order depending on the location plus a small delivery charge.
(Delivery schedule coincides with other deliveries in the area.)
